Connections
Understanding silences Judgment (giving someone what they deserve), enabling a person to give Mercy (not giving someone what they deserve), and Mercy enables Grace (giving someone what they don't deserve), and Grace enables and empowers people to change.
Conclusion: if you want to be less Judgmental, shows Mercy and give Grace then get wisdom and understanding. Whatever you do--get wisdom.
